On 11 October 2025, I was driving on the Interstate when an error message appeared in the cluster "Active Lane Management (ALM) Unavailable Service Required". The Lane Assistance turned OFF and could not be turned back ON until vehicle was restarted. I called the dealership and requested an appointment. They stated that unless they could repeat the issue, an appointment would be useless. The ALM error message disappeared on restart of the vehicle. On 02 January 2026, I started the vehicle when an error message appeared in the cluster "Auto Emergency Break (AEB) Limited Functionality Service Required". The Lane Assistance turned OFF but could be turned back ON. The vehicle visited the dealership on 13 February 2026 and the AEB error was repeated numerous times on start by dealership personnel. On Monday, 23 February 2026, vehicle was left at dealership for 10 days. They performed numerous software updates and returned vehicle to me on 05 March 2026. On 09 March 2026, AEB Error...

Unexpected acceleration pulling into parking spot which caused significant damage to my vehicle and vehicle in front of my vehicle. The hybrid battery was on low and witness outside of vehicle indicated it was making loud whining noise before collision. Filed a complaint with Stellantis. They did nothing. They did not check the hybrid system or software controlling the hybrid system.

Subject: 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Safety Defects, Recall Failures, and Loss of Safe Vehicle Use Complaint Narrative: I am the owner of a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe plug-in hybrid vehicle manufactured by FCA US LLC / Stellantis. I am filing this complaint due to ongoing safety-related defects and recall-related concerns affecting the vehicle, including repeated recalls, reduced confidence in vehicle safety, loss of vehicle use, and concerns regarding battery system reliability and fire risk. The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked and un intended in a parking lot the vehicle passenger side rear coil spring detached independently No warning lights illuminated. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was dignoased that rear coil spring needed to be replaced. The contact related the failure to the NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V051000(SUSPENSION) however the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and they informed him NHTSA adds VIN's to recalls . The failure mileage was 74,265.

since recalled was published Nov2025, no remedy has been taken, and manufacture seems not prepare to repair the issue which is a big safety concern
