While driving, the drivers side head rest exploded and pushed my body/neck forward. There was no accident that prompted this and was slowing down to a stop light.

vehicle had a strong odor of gasoline then started spuddering and then caught fire while driving.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while his wife was driving the vehicle at an undisclosed speed, the driver side air bag suddenly deployed hitting the drivers head, the vehicle was not involved in a Collison at all. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 123,830.

My husband was driving on a highway going 70 MPH and the drivers headrest exploded and lunged him forward

Sudden unintended acceleration while braking. Engine revved against brake input. Has happened multiple times. Need to step on the brake hard and wait for it to pass.
