2022 Nissan Rogue Complaints

I was driving on the interstate going 70-80 mph and my car would not accelerate and I got a bunch of yellow error codes. I pulled over and shut it off and restarted. I drove it straight to the nearest Nissan dealership. In that time driving to the dealership my car barely would go over 60 mph and the RPM's would go high then low. The dealership looked it over later in the day and called me and said that 'nothing is wrong with it.' No error codes. No problems. They drove it 30 miles. I am not satisfied with this. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY issue and I am scared to drive again knowing I may not be able to accelerate on the interstate. I took a picture of my dashboard and errors that showed when I was pulled over and I gave this to the dealership. They still said nothing was wrong. The vehicle was driven to a nearby rest area. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed with oil and engine temperature failure and a failed water valve. The engine failed, and the overheating due to it caused the head gasket to warp. I have multiple recordings from Nissan advising this is a manufacturer defect, but they refuse to fix it unless we pay $5000+. I was driving on the high way and the vehicle shut off. Luckily i was able to safely get off but I was almost struck. I have recorded conversations with the dealership where they confirm they have multiple vehicles in the shop with the same issue. Its sitting at a Nissan dealership after being inspected at this time. There was 0 warning lights. The vehicle just shut off.

I am reporting a serious safety concern involving my 2022 Nissan Rogue equipped with the 1.5L engine. While driving in normal traffic, my vehicle suddenly displayed an "Engine Malfunction" warning with no prior indication of an engine problem. Immediately after the warning appeared, the vehicle rapidly lost power and could no longer maintain the speed of surrounding traffic. I had very limited ability to accelerate or safely maneuver, creating a significant risk of being struck from behind or becoming stranded in an active travel lane. There was no advance warning that a catastrophic engine failure was imminent. The vehicle ultimately became inoperable and was towed to an authorized Nissan dealership.
