My 2023 Nissan Rogue was sitting in the hot sun and the rear window shattered. There was no accident or apparent defect in the window. It was simply the hottest day of the year (July 27, 2026) followed by a night time rainstorm. I had not even driven the car that day.

The vehicle was running when it overheated and started smoking from the gasket area, with no warning lights appearing on the dashboard; the car will not start now.

Warning lights keep popping up then something will go wrong with the car. A CVT malfunction came up and wouldn’t allow me to put the car in park then after I turned the car off it went back to normal. More random lights will come up they will all be different problems with the engine or system then once car has been off for a few it would go back to normal
