2010 Mercedes-benz GL-Class Complaints

Brake booster got do not drive letter and contacted June 27,2024 and first week of july and said they would contact me and nothing yet.

The third row seating Panorama Sunroof cracked. Now when it rains, water leaks inside the suv. Loud boom, cracking sound, was not sure what it was but was coming from rear of suv as I was driving yesterday afternoon. No warning lamps, messages, as it is the glass panorama sunroof located in the rear upper roof of the suv. I will take it to my AAA insurance representative this week. I will bring it to my independent MB certified mechanic shop for inspection. I have no idea what could have caused the panorama sunroof to crack other than perhaps manufacturing defect, as I have noticed on several MB forums of this particular issue being reported.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to obtain a rental for possible reimbursement. The failure mileage was 122,042. Parts distribution disconnect.
