Purchased the 2020 Jeep Wranger on January 9, 2025 with less than 50K miles on it and still under warranty. Around March 2020 the instrument panel began to glitch and by April it was completely blank. I had it diagnosed by Eddys Jeep in Wichita Kansas who gave me a price for repair but parts were on back order. I then took it to my mechanic who ordered the parts which have been on order for over a year. We are unable to see the speed, fuel level, back up camera, no radio or phone charging or warnign lights. Dash is completely dark. I would like to replace the vehicle but am unable to get fair market value and do not want to be held liable for selling a lemon.

Instrument cluster went out a month ago on daughter’s jeep. Part has been backordered for a month & now pushed out again by a week. Daughter was driving this am to school and the jeep quick on her on a busy rd and put her at risk to wreck or get hit.

The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal fuel odor entering the cabin of the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. Upon further inspection, the contact became aware of gasoline leaking from the fuel supply line onto the engine. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer to be diagnosed. The contact stated that the fuel leak was associated with NHTSA Campaign: 21V665000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.

My steering wheel locked while driving on the interstate during heavy traffic and almost causing me and my children to wreck. It has now done this while driving slow causing me to almost lose control of my jeep.

Vehicle Information: 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Complaint: I am reporting a safety issue involving my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon related to both the transmission and instrument cluster. In 2025, the transmission failed unexpectedly. The failure affected the vehicle’s ability to operate normally and created a potential safety hazard while driving. The issue required repair and appears consistent with other reported transmission problems in similar vehicles, even though my specific VIN was not included in any recall. In 2026, the instrument cluster failed, mileage at time of failure 108073. This caused loss or malfunction of critical driver information, including speed and warning indicators. This is a serious safety concern because it limits the driver’s ability to monitor vehicle operation and respond to potential hazards.
