On Wednesday, April 15th, I was about to change lanes after entering the Tri-State Expressway (route 294) going southbound from Half-Day Rd. (route 22), I had crossed the first two lanes without incident, and moving into the third lane, when I experienced a blowout of my driver’s-side rear tire. Last year my vehicle rear camera and sensor failed to which caused me to backup into a mailbox. I had brought it up after a car wash at the dealership and they said they didn't know about any recalls at the time. I recently saw the recall for this year and make and would like this to be investigated further. I also have an estimate for the damages that I can provide.
