[XXX] [XXX] / [XXX] [XXX] 2010 Toyota Sienna Possible Shifter Interlock Failure: On [XXX] my [XXX] child found his way into the driver’s seat of our 2010 Toyota Sienna while the vehicle was parked in the driveway. In the short drive, dash lights were flickering and the nav/audio screen system was turning off and restarting. Upon arrival at the church, as we were parking the car, gray smoke began to come from the hood quickly. The children were all still strapped in seatbelts and carseat,...

Pulled over into gas station. Checked dip stick, completely dry! Catastrophic oil leak without warning. Could have been stalled on the HWY and caused major ACCIDENT. Tried to refill oil but it all leaked out as soon as I started engine. Research around the web and find out that this is a known issue to Toyota for using rubber VVTI oil line - Part # 15772-31030 Now this part is made all metal!
