The contact stated that upon inspecting the vehicle, there were metal shavings inside the engine oil. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was later towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a high-pressure fuel pump failure. The contact was informed that metal shavings were found throughout the fuel system. The contact was informed that the fuel system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) in January 2025.     The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500. The contact stated that there was water leaking from the rear window of the vehicle. The contact referenced Technical Service Bulletin: 23-098-23, detailing a crack in the rear window near the third brake light that could allow water to enter the vehicle on the left and right sides. The contact confirmed that the vehicle had experienced leaks on both sides. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be repaired under the TSB; however, the dealer declined to repair the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle met the mileage requirements, but the dealer stated that the vehicle was not included in the TSB. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 115,000.

The vehicle was then taken to the dealer, and it was determined that the intake manifold needed to be replaced; however, the part was on backorder. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 104,000.
