The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 24V954000 (Electrical System) and 25V789000 (Electrical System); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The contact owns a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another driver informed the contact that the rear exterior lights were inoperable. Additionally, the contact later became aware that the rear taillights were flashing continuously. Upon investigating the failure online, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V688000 (Exterior Lighting). The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in the recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
