The contact owns a 2011 Land Rover LR4. The contact stated that the vehicle was leaking fuel and there was an abnormal fuel odor coming from the vehicle. The contact later discovered that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V635000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); and associated the failure with the recall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was repaired under the recall. Upon returning to the dealer, the contact was informed by the service tech that there was a part not properly connected to the fuel tank. The contact waited for an additional half hour before the vehicle was returned. Days later, after refueling the vehicle, fuel started pouring directly from the fuel tank. The vehicle was taken back to dealer, where a service advisor informed the contact that the mechanic had botched the recall repair and that the flange was not properly connected to the fuel tank. The contact owns a 2011 Land Rover LR4. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled with the low coolant warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the engine had failed due to coolant intrusion into the engine. The contact was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed to the dealer, the vehicle lost motive power with the low coolant warning light illuminated. The contact was informed that coolant was leaking into the engine and the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

The contact owns a 2011 Land Rover LR4. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, a hotel resident observed condensation leaking from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel flange assembly needed to be replaced. The contact received notification of Manufacturer Recall Number: N623 The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred two years later. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 152,617.
