THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MATERIAL ON THE LUG NUTS WAS SCRATCHED AND WORN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
