My 2024 Hyundai Palisade windshield cracked without any impact. It didnt break but we noticed the crack by chance and were alarmed to see a 10'' crack while there was no audible sound of any impact from any flying debris. There were no warning lamps, messages or there symptoms prior or post the crack. The cracked windshield hasn't been inspected by manufacturer, dealer.

I have been trying to get the seat belt buckle recall fixed by Hyundai for many months. The dealership, Metrowest Hyundai claims that they don't have the parts to fix this. So I contacted Hyundai Corporate office and filed several complaints there. They claim that the dealership should be able to get the parts. Meanwhile, I have been in limbo. I am very serious about vehicle safety issues and have always handled recalls immediately. This is very concerning to me and I would like to have this safety issue fixed immediately. Thank you for your kind assistance in this matter.
