Forward Collision Avoidance, lane Departure

Always driving east my cruise control, lane keeping assist and other safety systems stop working. Cars behind me are not aware of my sudden slow down. The alert said to clean the plastic H in the grill. I have been to two Honda dealers and the problem persists. Honda corporate in California calls it radar blindness. Aware of problem but no fix. I feel it is sun reflection off of the plastic H in the grill as it’s always clean and only happens when I drive east bound. I didn’t realize I was buying a problem when I bought my CRV. Please help

The contact was driving , experienced tire pressure and check engine light illuminated. white Smoke was seen underneath the vehicle and then it turned black. Then fire was seen coming from underneath the vehicle. The contact pulled over to the shoulder of the vehicle , and smoke and fire was seen underneath the vehicle. The fire department was called and extinguished the fire. The vehicle was consumed by the fire. The vehicle was towed to a tow and recovery lot. No injuries were sustained. The dealer was notified of the failure. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was

Driver's side mirror has a distorted view and vibrating, most noticable at highway speeds, especially at night. Took it to a dealership and they were not able to recreate the problem both times it was taken to them. This puts my safety and the safety of others at risk as the mirror has a distorted view, making it extremely difficult (nearly impossible) to accurately judge if a car is in the lane next to me when I wish to change lanes.

[XXX] is the VIN. AIRBAGS DID NIT DEPLOY I was driving 77 mph on i80 near [XXX] . Another vehicle, a Chevy Malibu, left the left lane of traffic and drove on the median. This driver over corrected when her speed was 83 mph. I hit her broadside (Tbone) in the b pillar dead center on the my front of my CRV. My airbags did not deploy. I received a broken sternum from hitting the steering wheel. USAA did not investigate, just saw the photos and totalled the CRV. The Chevy Malibu had all the airbags deploy.
