The contact owns a 1998 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while The vehicle was park in the son's driveway the neighbor alerted the son that the vehicle on fire. The son rushed to the vehicle and discovered flames coming from the cabin of the vehicle. The Fire Department was called to the scene and extinguished the flames. During the incident the vehicle was destroyed. The cause of the fire was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer was not contacted regarding the failure. A fire report was take at the scene.. The failure mileage was 190,000.

The contact owns a 1991 N/A Ford F-150. The contact stated that after parking, turning the vehicle off, and exiting, the vehicle suddenly began to roll backwards. The contact was able to get back into the moving vehicle, press the brake pedal to stop the vehicle from moving. During the incident, the contact sustained a right shoulder injury that did not require medical treatment. The manufacturer and local dealer were not contacted. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 250.

The contact stated that while servicing the vehicle independently, the contact unplugged the cruise control deactivation sensor and became aware of condensation leaking from the sensor. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 132,000.
