Three original equipment Hankook Dynapro HT tires developed belt-related failures at approximately 6,000 miles of use during a road trip in June 2026. On [XXX], while driving in Tennessee, we noticed a vibration that gradually increased in intensity. We stopped for inspection at C&D Tire & Service in Athens, TN, which found a "bad belt" in the left-front tire at an odometer reading of 5,649 miles. The tire was replaced and retained. The following day, [XXX], the vibration returned and worsened. We stopped at Bill Morgan Tire in Lexington, KY, which found a "severe belt rupture" in the left-rear outer tire and noted that the right-front original equipment tire was "showing signs" of a similar condition. The work order noted all five removed tires had a little over 6,000 miles of use and approximately 12/32" tread remaining. The worst of the tires was retained. Two independent tire dealers, in two different states, identified belt-related abnormalities in three original equipment tir...

The component that failed was the driveline on our RV. Specifically, the driveline was installed at an incorrect angle, which caused excessive vibrations and loud noises while driving at highway speeds. The improper driveline angle posed a serious safety risk to my family and others on the road. The vibrations were severe enough to affect vehicle handling and stability, especially at higher speeds. There was also concern that the continued stress could lead to mechanical failure or component separation, which could result in loss of control or debris on the roadway. The issue has been confirmed by a Ford RV technician, who verified that the driveline angle was outside manufacturer specifications. The vibrations could be consistently reproduced during test drives. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives at this time. There were no warning lamps or dashboard messages, but noticeable symptoms—including a strong vibration through th...
