Air Bags

I have attempted to contact my local dealership several times to replace the airbags on this recall. They claimed months ago, stated “It’s on back order” and took my info claiming they’d contact me when the parts are in. They never contacted me. I keep attempting to make appointments with Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities 7171 W. Canal Dr, Kennewick WA Recalls aren’t handled by a live person, just an automated message stating “we’ll get back to you soon” They don’t. I’ve been trying to get this replaced for a year. I would lien someone to contact Dodge or this dealership and ask them to stop hiding from mandatory recalls.

Recently I was not paying close enough attention when putting gas in, because I was washing my windshield. The car filled up until the pump clicked off. Upon leaving the gas station in morning rush hour traffic, my car immediately stalled. I was nearly rear ended. it took about 10 to 15 seconds to restart it. I was able to make the next green light to merge onto freew...
