    The Lebra protection cover negates the safety features on Durangos with front radar. The radar protects the vehicle for collision avoidance, auto speed reduction, lane departure, and other safety features. There is a cutout in the LeBra cover which should permit the radar to function correctly but it does not. My vehicle displays a red light and beeps constantly with the cover installed. Without the cover there are no issues. I contacted Dodge Connect and they stated that this is a know problem with front end covers with radar safety options. They accessed my vehicle and checked the alignment etc. Which was correct. They then led me thru resetting the system to be sure that there was no “hard” error. There were no hard errors and nothing they did fixed the issue.     The contact owns a 2026 Dodge Durango. While driving at an undisclosed speed in a rainstorm, the front window windshield wipers failed to wipe the windshield. The windshield wipers were replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. Additionally, the instrument panel failed to display an accurate fuel level. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who informed the contact that the failure was caused by an inoperable hood latch and electrical wiring that was damaged. The hood latch wiring was replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that later, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was bucking and hesitating, and the instrument panel became inoperable. Additionally, after starting the vehicle, there was a whining sound coming from the engine while the transmission was shifting gears. The local dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. While driving uphill, the vehicle stalled with the message "BRAKES" displayed. The vehicle was restarted and lat...

    The contact owns a 2026 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at 55 MPH on a desert highway, the vehicle made an abnormal sound. The contact started to lose control of the vehicle and managed to pull over to the shoulder of the highway; however, the front passenger's side tire detached from the vehicle in the process. The contact notified the manufacturer of the failure and requested roadside assistance. After the vehicle was impounded by the highway patrol, it was towed to the dealer. The vehicle remained in the dealer's possession and had yet to be diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.

    "Service Shifter" alert came on at about 2250 miles and engine light came on about 100 miles later . Dodge service at dealership looked at and could not determine issues, lights did not illuminate in their care. Picked up my car after service and both service shifter and engine lights came back on.

    I put the car in reverse, and it accelerated uncontrollably, and the brake wouldn't work, and it hit another car Then, I put it in drive, and it accelerated uncontrollably again, and the brake wouldn't work again It was accelerating uncontrollably in both reverse and drive and the break wasn't working I got it stopped with the emergency parking brake There were warning lights and signals during this incident The safety risk was from the possibility of hitting someone or something The car was rented from enterprise and they have been informed, and we are waiting to hear about an inspection I have uploaded a picture of the key fob for the rented car The cruise control was acting up before, it accelerated uncontrolled, but was stopped when disengaged
