The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while refueling the vehicle, the contact became aware that gasoline was spilling out of the fuel filler neck. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 09V003000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 180,000.

The carseat will not lock into the base proper in any recline position except 1. 1 is supposed to be for a newborn. When you place the seat (till you hear it "lock" into place per the manual and a CPST) in 2, 3, or 4 then the seat drops down into the 1 position while driving down the road. We've contacted evenflo repeatedly and no help from them. Now it's to the point it doesn't even lock into 1. We've had this seat since Jan 17, 2023. I have checked online and am able to find 30+ reviews of parents with the same issue across reddit, Amazon, and Walmart. A recall on the seat needs issued immediately. This has been going on since Jan 21st, 2023.

The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Durango. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V352000 (Air Bags) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
