The failure mileage was approximately 32,000.

Head lights are very dim at night and can only see about 5 feet in front of me when driving at night

The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that while driving at night, the headlights were extremely dim, limiting the visibility of the roadway. The contact was concerned that the failure might cause a crash. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer,r where the vehicle was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the headlight assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 54,000.

This vehicle has had an intermittent (for a few years) issue with all of the warning lights (ABS,Stabilitrak,Parking Brake,Steering) coming on when starting. If you tried to drive it, you would have no power steering causing the vehicle difficult to handle. This would not happen every time it was started. We took the car to the local Cadillac dealership and were told nothing was wrong and it was just the system going through the electronic check system and to just not put it in gear until after the lights cleared. That actually did work sometimes. Recently, it came off and would never go off. We took it to a shop that does other work on other vehicles for me. He found that the Electronic Brake Control Module was bad. He tried to source a replacement one but found that it was discontinued with no alternate part.
