    Hydraulic throw out bearing failed Clutch peddled stuck down to floor and when manually rotated back to resting postion it was stuck there. Clutch system stopped working during normal operation of vehicle. Suspected leaking Hydraulic throwing out bearing. Safety was put at risk by having the functionality of the clutch system completely lost during normal operation of vehicle. Leaving car stranded. Problem has not yet been diognosed by dealer. No warning lamps

    I am writing to formally report a serious safety concern regarding my vehicle’s airbag system following a recent accident. On April 22, 2026, I was involved in a significant collision while driving my Toyota Corolla 2022. The impact was severe enough that the other vehicle involved deployed its airbags. However, despite the force of the crash, the airbags in my vehicle did not deploy. I am extremely concerned that the airbag system may have failed to function as designed. Given that airbags are a critical safety feature intended to protect occupants in high-impact collisions, this raises serious questions about the reliability and safety of my vehicle.

    The component that failed is the coolant bypass valve, which is part of the engine cooling system. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The issue was first indicated by an "Engine Maintenance Required" warning message that appeared on the dashboard. No prior symptoms were noticeable before the warning appeared. The warning came on suddenly during normal driving conditions. This failure poses a potential safety risk because the coolant bypass valve regulates engine temperature. If it malfunctions, it may lead to improper engine cooling, overheating, reduced engine performance, or sudden breakdown while driving. This could increase the risk of being stranded in traffic or experiencing a hazardous situation on the road. The problem has been diagnosed and confirmed by an authorized Toyota dealership, which identified the coolant bypass valve as failed and in need of replacement.   • Electrical System, exterior Lighting 09/09/2025

    Internal short within headlamp assembly causing the fuse to blow. Unrepairable, requires full replacement of part. Confirmed by MyAutoImports licensed Toyota repair center. Passenger side day running light, headlight, and brights are inoperative. Turn signal and front right indication light are still functioning. No warning prior to, but system warning came up after the short first occurred telling me to take into a dealer asap.
