The torque converter on my 2019 Nissan Titan PRO-4X failed at approximately 60,000 miles. Symptoms began as cold-start shudder lasting several minutes, progressing to pronounced shudder under light throttle acceleration between 25–50 MPH, erratic shifting at the 3-4 and 4-5 gear transitions, and TCC (torque converter clutch) slip. These symptoms created unpredictable drivetrain behavior at highway speeds, presenting a safety risk to myself and other drivers. The problem was diagnosed and confirmed by an independent service center using live PCM data. TCC slip readings of -27/748 RPM were recorded during a test drive, matching the failure criteria specified in Nissan Technical Service Bulletin NTB22-099A, which Nissan issued to address this exact torque converter defect in this model. The repair — torque converter remove and replace using OE parts — is currently underway. The failed component is available for inspection upon request. Warning symptoms (cold-start shudder and light-thro...

The infotainment system in my vehicle randomly crashes at various times and often happens when the vehicle is in reverse with the backup camera active which is a safety issue. Outside of the crashes, there are often lags/delays with the backup camera in the infotainment system.

Worst dealership my husband and I ever dealt with. We purchased a 2019 Nissan XD Titan Diesel with warranty. Two days after purchase, the check engine light came on. I called Spencer from the service department to let them know. They took the truck the very next day; it was some issue with the gas tank, so the part was back-ordered. After getting that fixed, the check engine light still never went off. I questioned the dealership; all they could say was it was probably a dirty sensor. Then, not even two weeks later, I was leaving a doctor's appointment on the interstate when it threw up a code for low coolant, saying it was about to go into limp mode. So, I made it to the dealership's service station. They said it was okay and couldn't find anything wrong with it, then told me to just keep driving it until it broke down or delete it if it was them. They said, 'You know, we don't deal with a lot of diesel, so it may need to go to another dealership.' Then, two months went by, and we had...

I had a check engine light for catalytic converter bank 1. Added a cleaner to see if that would help - instructions mention run 1 - 2 tanks of gas after adding, so I did that, it took a while since I dont use the truck as often. The light did not clear so I was planning on bringing it in. I was on the highway and the check engine light starting flashing and power loss occurred. I limped off the highway and got it towed. It had 3 codes on check engine light. Other than the check engine light, no warnings, messages, nor symptoms appeared or occurred prior to the flashing check engine light. Got to Mastria Nissan, they looked at it for not long (morning) and said the engine and other components were junk. Presented a $27,000 bill. They did not tear it down nor illustrate what went wrong. Police nor insurance inspected the truck. Safety was compromised as it died on the highway where everyone was doing 70 plus. Had to limp off the highway as the pull off area was very busy and...

The infotainment system within my vehicle is problematic... At any given time the infotainment system will force reboot itself, freeze, freeze or delay when the backup camera is engaged, reboot when the backup camera is engaged. There seems to be no rhyme or reason when this happens and I cannot determine exact steps to reproduce the issues; it just happens.
