2016 Nissan Murano Complaints

Was told by coggin nissan that my front control arms are cracked and need to be replaced. Car only has 64k miles on it I bought it new. Found cracks when car was serviced. 9,12,2025

On multiple occasions, the vehicle suddenly stops accelerating after driving for approximately 20–30 minutes, including multiple local stops. When this occurs, the engine continues to run, but the car becomes completely unresponsive to throttle input and cannot be moved, even when placed into gear. This has happened in live traffic situations, posing a clear risk to safety. In each instance, after the car sits for a period of time or is connected to an external battery charger, it eventually restarts and operates normally—until the issue repeats. There are no warning lights or messages on the dashboard, and no diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the system. I have been experiencing complete driving failure with my 2016 Nissan Murano. It shutdowns randomly without any warning well driving in traffic. I have already experienced being put in a crash risk three times. I have been trying to work with the dealer for almost 2 months now, only to receive my SUV with the same issue. I am terrified to be forced to put my children in such a high risk automobile as this is supposed to be our reliable transportation. I am highly disappointed and uncomfortable with the dealership stating repeatedly they don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle as they are no codes to factually state the real issue. In the process I am being told I need to pay for highly priced repair guesses or problems that have been generated in their care trying to figure things out. The vehicle has even stopped on them while driving.
