2019 Nissan Kicks Complaints

Check engine light came on, displaying code P0101, front collision malfunction came on. Replaced MAF sensor for code P0101. The car then displayed the same lights, check engine light and AEB light and slip indicator light. My car then stalled while at a red light.

My Car ocassionally comes with Code P0101 and P0102 when the check Engine light comes on. And when it does come on, The Traction Light and Head Collision warning lights show as well. These affect how the car drives and I have to stop and shut of the engine for a couple of minutes and then restart the engine. Changing the Mass Air flor sensor does not seem to have helped anything and it seems based on internet searches that several people who own similar cars are having the same issue

The front crash warning will come on and then the car will just cut off. This has happened multiple times while driving. It’s dangerous because it happens without any warning and there is nothing going on with traffic to trigger the warning light.

The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic, where the same diagnostic result was provided. The vehicle was taken to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact believed that the VIN was included in an undisclosed recall related to the ABS. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 34,600.
