Mercedes refuses to come up with a solution. I have been dealing with this for 8 months now. I asked that they buy the car back since it is a safety concern. I do not feel safe driving it. yet i have to keep paying for the car that sits there? They are not coming up with a solution and i already had this replaced last October when it broke for the first time. i am really upset with owning a car i cannot drive because of safety concerns.

The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G550. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V880000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
