2024 Lincoln Nautilus Complaints

The contact owns a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH, the vehicle began shaking violently with the check engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was steered off the road and restarted; however, there were several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact’s husband test drove the vehicle and the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the engine had sucked in the spark plugs and caused internal damages, and the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.

The contact owns a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the infotainment system screen displayed a distorted or black image. The contact stated that while reversing the rearview camera image was distorted or black. The contact stated that the failure caused the vehicle to strike a landscape trailer while reversing. The contact stated that the failure had been recurring intermittently. The contact received notification of a system fault on the Mobile App. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer referred the contact to the insurance company to cover the repair of damages to the vehicle. The contact became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V337000 (Back Over Prevention), which the contact related to the failure; however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure....

The contact owns a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated that there was an abnormal grinding sound coming from the vehicle while depressing the brake pedal. There was no warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle was sliding with the brake pedal depressed to the floorboard. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions, and the front brake pads and brake rotors were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The contact was also informed by the dealer that there was no fix for the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 50.

The issue is with blue tooth phone calls. There is always excessive static while driving for the other person on the phone to the point were is is extremely difficult if not impossible to have any sort of conversation. Inside the vehicle it sounds clear, its the person on the other end that's having this issue and its consistent . All phone types are having this issue. I purchased this car brand new for my wife 10/24 and to not have a standard feature like blue tooth calling not working is unacceptable . In my opinion not being able to utilize hands free calling is a safety issue. It's been to the service dept. at the dealership twice and they can't fix it.
