The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rearview camera displayed a distorted image while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The contact stated that the vehicle on the side appeared on the opposite side in the camera. The contact stated that the failure obstructed the driver's visibility, preventing the safe operation of the vehicle. Several unknown messages were displayed. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was unknown.

Seat Belts

Rear buckle incompatible with child booster seat, pressure has broken the buckle for the inflatable safety belts. Buckle housing has cracked open. This is a common complaint and should be a safety recall

Engine

While driving vehicle the engine shut down for no apparent reason. Light came on said do not attempt to drive, not safe. Was able to get car to a safe area. Was able to restart and get the car home. Brought the car to the dealer, said battery was dead, found water in the truck where the battery is located
