2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Complaints

When sitting at the light my vehicle completely shut off. When I was able to restart the vehicle the power steering light came on. After driving for a few moments, the vehicle did the same thing and steering concerns continued. The vehicle was on two major roads with other vehicles around. This put myself, my son, and other drivers on the road in danger of being involved in an accident. The vehicle was taken to the dealership under the Florida Lemon Law. The aux and main battery were replaced. The representative from Stellantis denied our Lemon Law request of repurchase or replacement of this vehicle. By Jun 2026, under one year of ownership, the vehicle had already spent over 38 days at the dealership for service related issues: airbag issue, steering related failure issue, steering rack replacement, battery replacement, and now on July 9,2026 the vehicle attempted to shift into Park, the electronic parking brake engaged, and the vehicle became immobile while we were actively driving....

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated that after driving over a train track, several messages were displayed on the instrument panel. The steering and brakes warning lights were illuminated. While driving at undisclosed speeds, the warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle shut off unexpectedly. The vehicle was restarted and driven to the residence; however, the failure reoccurred. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer was not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.

On June 18, 2026, I was driving my 2024 Grand Wagoneer on a busy city road. As I approached a busy intersection, I stopped at the red light. When I attempted to move forward when the light turned green, it moved a few feet (putting us in the middle of the intersection), the vehicle seized and became immobile. Almost every light on the dashboard lit up. Several messages flashed back and forth on the screen including "Service transmission" and then "service electronic stability control". I immediately tried to use the SOS function, and when they answered, they were unable to hear me. A person in a truck behind me told me to put my vehicle in Neutral so that the vehicle could move out of the road as it was blocking traffic. When I tried to turn the gear dial, it turned, but the P light stayed on and the vehicle would not go into Neutral. I checked the parking brake and it was not on, nor would it engage. The following are issues; -Adas disables mid drive (no warning lights) at highway speeds -steering angle sensors shows not calibrated in live data feed of bscm -air ride stuck in aero mode -select terrain drive modes not functioning as intended -loses all power engine dies at stoplight and eps warning light on -

The second-row passenger side seat release button is non-functional. Third-row passengers cannot exit without this button — it is inoperable, and they cannot reach the manual lever due to insufficient space. Third-row passengers are physically trapped and cannot self-evacuate without outside assistance. In an emergency — collision, fire, or submersion — third-row passengers would have no ability to escape. This defect was first reported December 2, 2024, documented as unable to duplicate, and the vehicle returned without repair. Reported again January 14, 2026. Vehicle has been continuously at an authorized Jeep dealership since January 20, 2026 — 133+ consecutive days unresolved — due to repeated manufacturer parts delays with no confirmed resolution date. Additionally, a recurring key fob and door lock malfunction was reported across four separate visits spanning October 2024 through August 2025.
