2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Complaints

- Comfort Control Module (CCM) for driver's seat and passenger seat. - Malfunction/failure of CCM caused seat lumbar/bolsters to automatically overinflate beyond maximum with no response from seat controls. - On or about 11/07/25, passenger seat back lumbar automatically overinflated beyond maximum, while passenger was seated, causing passenger to be pushed forward against seat belt. Overinflation caused seat back panel to bulge out as well. Seat would not respond to controls to deflate lumbar. Pulled vehicle over so passenger could unbuckle and seat themselves in rear seat. Immediately inspected by local dealer/service center on 11/10/25. CCM was replaced under warranty (34,453/36,000 miles) and have not experienced issue since. - On 02/17/26, driver seat back thigh bolsters automatically inflated beyond maximum while driver was seated, causing driver to shift in seat due to bolster digging into hip and thigh. I am writing to formally document a serious and extremely concerning safety incident that occurred on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at approximately 12:06 PM while driving my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer, which currently has approximately 58,000 miles. While driving, multiple critical warning lights and system failure messages appeared simultaneously. I have attached photos documenting the warnings that occurred during the incident. I am filing this complaint regarding my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer, which I have owned for approximately 1.5 years. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have experienced repeated and ongoing mechanical failures, primarily involving the fuel injection system and chronic battery drainage. The vehicle has been taken to the dealership for fuel‑related issues more than five times. During these visits, the fuel pump was replaced, but the problems continued. The vehicle repeatedly triggered check‑engine lights related to the fuel system. At one point, the dealership bypassed or cleared the check‑engine indicator without resolving the underlying problem. After this, the vehicle began performing noticeably differently, including a significant drop in fuel efficiency—going from approximately 18 MPG to around 14 MPG. Blindspot indicator keeps turning on and off, distracting the driver. Have taken vehicle to dealer many times they say it can’t be fixed even though it was during Warranty. They say a jeep is aware, but no plan to fix.

An overheating engine causes the truck to shut down completely, block the power steering engine, and become undrivable. Electrical and harness assembly problems The dealership inspected the truck and attempted to repair it, but the same issues have recurred and are nearly causing an accident while driving on a highway.
