2014 Hyundai Veloster Complaints

The Rods are going bad , and Hyundai doesn’t want to admit that they did a horrible job with the engine and they don’t want to replace the engine , unless the car is a 2013 or 2016 which is ridiculous. They don’t want to honor their word.

I was driving and then all the sudden my APS light came on and my battery light next, I was driving and my car stopped moving in the middle of the road.

The contact owns a 2014 Hyundai Veloster. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V651000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The climate control switch on my vehicle as well as many others has burned up the wiring that plugs into it behind the dash and started smoking and actually almost burned my car to the ground.
