Dashboard cracking in multiple places

Brand new tires installed on vehicle by Americas Tire store on 7/29/24. Received a phone call from our son 7/30/24 7pm of complete tire blow out on hwy. Lost control of vehicle but managed to pull off hwy where he proceeded to contact us as well as AAA. Took back in to Americas Tire said they would replace tire but had no explanation as to why this happened on a brand new tire. According to AAA a lot of tire manufacturers cutting corners producing defective tires.

The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V050000 (Air Bags); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

I was driving down the street and all side airbags deployed out of nowhere, the seats belts that were not occupied locked, the seat belts that were occupied did not lock. The vehicle was able to drive to safety. The back latch would not open to allow me to remove my stroller.
