the dash/infotainment system goes blank while driving, almost like the car looses power. then turns back on after 60 seconds with all the warning lights on before returning back to normal

Rear camera stopped working

My car along with multiple other cars like mine are having issues with the back up camera not working. I have to take it into a Chevrolet dealer to get it replaced. It is a huge safety concern and a recall needs to be issued.

The nut on the axle on the passenger side of the vehicle came completely off. Not sure how long it was off as it was “smooth” and full of dirt. From what I was told the wheel could fall off. I travel on an interstate at 80 miles an hour daily. I bought this car to transport elderly mother to appointments. I am not feeling confident in this vehicle. I would trade it if I was not upside down in it. The dealership has been great.

The failure appears related to the vehicle’s electrical/charging system and associated control modules, resulting in a sudden loss of critical safety systems. The vehicle was towed by GM Roadside Assistance and is currently at an authorized Chevrolet dealership, where it is available for inspection upon request. While driving in Cambria, New York, the dashboard illuminated with multiple warning indicators and the vehicle experienced a complete loss of power steering and braking. The brake pedal traveled fully to the floor with no resistance and no braking effect. Steering effort increased dramatically. The driver was only able to avoid a crash due to favorable road and traffic conditions and was able to coast to a stop and pull off the roadway.
